It was agreed to add a new dry casing processing production line, from the drafting of the plant design plan to the modification of the process design, under the guidance and help of experts from the Municipal Bureau. The company officially launched the basic expansion project of the dry casing production line in mid-September 2018.

The newly-built dry casing production line covers an area of ​​3,000 square meters, which is currently one of the largest dry casing processing projects in the same industry in this region, with large production capacity and high technological content. The annual output value is expected to reach 250 million yuan, and at the same time, it will actively implement raw material procurement, semi-finished products processing, baking, cooling, and finished product shipments in accordance with the HAACP and ISO22000 quality management systems.

According to the project schedule requirements of the company and commodity inspection, the project is expected to complete the installation and commissioning of infrastructure and production equipment by the end of November 2018, and it is expected to be connected to the grid for trial operation before the end of this year. At the same time, senior experts in the casing industry will be hired to further track, improve and perfect the production line process, and establish a reserve system for technical personnel to ensure the stability of product quality.
